The Sonoma State University Very Small Array Radio Telescope is the only working radio interferometer at an undergraduate university. During this past year, it has undergone a substantial upgrade to accomplish dish pointing and tracking with stepper motors under computer control. The hardware implementation techniques will be described. A new sensitivity limit has been established based on the longer integration times allowed by tracking. Data from the best observations will be presented.
