The Energetic Gamma Ray Experiment Telescope (EGRET) aboard the
Compton Gamma Ray Observatory has detected a number of point
sources off the Galactic plane.
We present a list of these sources in the northern Galactic
sky ($b > 10^\circ$) with information about spectra, identifications,
position uncertainties, and variability.
This analysis is based on EGRET data from launch in April 1991 to
mid-1993.
