A total of 35 pulsars have been observed at a frequency of 610~MHz over the past three years using an NRAO 26m telescope in Green Bank, West Virginia. Of this sample, 20 pulsars have flux time series that are usable for refractive scintillation analysis. We present the results of 3 years of flux monitoring, expanding on the earlier work reported by Kaspi and Stinebring (1992, Ap. J., 392, 530). Analysis of these data and comparison with existing models for refractive scintillation will be discussed.
