[39.04] Support Plans for ISO Users in the US: IPAC

The Infrared Processing and Analysis Center (IPAC) at JPL/Caltech has been designated as the ISO support center in the US. Specific support items planned for the proposal and observation planning phases will be discussed. Information will also be presented on how to contact IPAC and how to learn about many aspects of the ISO mission and instruments.
