The star CK Cep is an eclipsing binary of the W UMa type. This star was studied on several nights from October, 1993, to January, 1994, as part of an undergraduate research experience program at the University of North Texas Astronomy Observatory. Measurements were made using an Optec SSP-3 solid state photometer.

Several new determinations of times of primary minima are reported. These newly measured minima together with minima repored by others in the literature were studied for systematic variations in O-C residuals. A periodic fluctuation with period 19.9 years was observed in the O-C residuals. The light elements for GK Cep were revised and a revised ephemeris equation is proposed for predicting future minima.
