We have carried out numerical hydrodynamic / thermodynamic modeling calculations for the atmospheres of pulsating stars with Cepheid-like parameters. These prove to have a complex structure that includes multiple shocks and an extended outer region with coronal temperatures and densities. In this paper we describe non-LTE radiative transfer calculations and the resulting synthetic spectra for such models. These calculations were carried out using the code PANDORA (Vernazza, Avrett and Loeser, Ap. J. 184, 605-631, 1973).
