We report on the detection of unresolved features in broadband observations
from 5.6 to 22.5 ${\rm cm}^{-1}$ with a 0\fdg5 beam by the Medium Scale
Anisotropy Measurement (Cheng et al.
1994, ApJ, 422, L37). Spectra
for the features will be presented, along with a discussion of their
possible origin.
