We report multiwavelength observations of the quasar PG1407+265. The quasar has normal continuum properties, including a strong ultraviolet bump, but unusually weak emission lines, except for H$\alpha$ which has a normal equivalent width. Archival Hubble Space Telescope data show weak CIV, but the Lyman $\alpha$ equivalent width is less than 4$\AA$. We discuss possible geometries to explain the abnormal line properties in the context of unified models and compare the object to BAL quasars.
