The reddened, young stellar population in the BN-KL region of OMC-1 is difficult to detect and measure owing to the small scale structure of the bright nebulosity. We have used an experimental high resolution IR camera (DLIRIM - described in a separate paper at this meeting) at the KPNO 4-m telescope to record images in the spectral range 3.3-4.0 $\mu$m with diffraction-limited resolution. These images provide greatly improved discrimination between stellar sources and clumpiness of the nebulosity. A census of the sources within a 50" square region centered on the BN source reveals new stellar sources and yields improved photometry. The source IRc-2, previously described as bipolar, is found to consist of extended bipolar emission plus a single point source which is located in one lobe of the nebula near the position of an SiO maser.
