[21.13] Models of FeII emission in infrared and optical wavelength range

E. M. Verner, G. J. Ferland, K. T. Korista, D. A. Verner (University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY)

We present new calculations of the FeII emission in infrared and optical wavelength range in optically thin and optically thick cases. The calculations are based on 16-level, 35-level, 52-level, 142-level, and 920-level models; collisional excitation and radiative pumping are included. Implications of the results to models of FeII emission in the Orion Nebula and in quasars are discussed.
