[23.03] The Spectral Energy Distribution of Seyfert 2, Liner, Starbust and Normal Galaxies

H.R. Schmitt (STScI \& IF-UFRGS), A.L. Kinney (STScI)

We present the results of a detailed literature search of multifrequency data for a sample of 60 galaxies, from which 15 are Seyfert 2's, 3 LINER's, 25 Starbursts and 17 normal galaxies. The data contains soft X-ray fluxes, spectra in the wavelength region 1200\AA to 10000\AA, mid and far infrared photometry, as well as radio measurements. We study the spectral energy distribution of the different kinds of objects and the differences between them.

This work is supported by NASA and the Brazilian institution CNPq.
