We have analysed DISCSC format data of Gamma Ray Bursts in the second BATSE catalog to study the time delay and broadening by using the cross-correlation and auto-correlation functions respectively. About 33$\%$ of the bursts in our sample are found to have detectable soft delay, while 72$\%$ of the bursts are found to have detectable broadening. Also, we find that for those bursts have both positive delay and broadening (about 20$\%$ of total bursts) are located on the high galactic latitude.
