[10.06] Infrared, Submillimeter, and Millimeter Observations of the Soft Gamma-Ray Repeaters

The spectra of the quiescent counterparts to the Soft Gamma-Ray Repeaters peak in the infrared, and drop sharply at longer wavelengths. We will present our latest millimeter, submillimeter, and infrared observations, and outline our plans for the future.
