We have used the NRAO 12m telescope make and On-The-Fly (OTF) map of CO(J=2-1) emission from a 4' x 4' region in M31. The OTF technique produces fully sampled maps with good image fidelity. Our maps show a peak line temperature of 350 mK, the strongest CO(2-1) yet reported in M31. The region was chosen for study because is has very strong radio continuum emission, and very high polarization in that emission (Baja et al. 1990). We will discuss the spatial and velocity structure of the emission.
