Results from 1995 Flight of the Medium Scale Anisotropy Measurement (MSAM).

The third flight of Medium Scale Anisotropy Measurement (MSAM) in the spring 1995 made observations of a patch of sky at Dec about 80 degrees and RA from 14 to 19 hours at half-degree scales. The region is adjacent to those observed in the first and second MSAM flights. An analysis of data from this flight is presented.
