We present phase-referenced VLBI maps at multiple frequencies of supernova 1993J in M81 from its birth through the present. These VLBI images are both the most complete and the most reliable of any ever made of a supernova. The radio source has had an approximately circular shape throughout its life and shows shell structure with a modulated brightness along the rim. The expansion is uniform within the errors, with a possible slight deceleration. Polarization images indicate upper bounds of 10 percent linear polarization on size scales of about 1 mas. Comparison of maps made at different frequencies show distinct spectral index variations across the source. We will discuss our results in terms of the dynamic evolution of the supernova and its interaction with the circumstellar medium.
