Large excesses of ^44Ca in certain presolar graphite and silicon carbide grains give strong evidence for ^44Ti production in supernovae. Furthermore, recent detection of the ^44Ti \gamma-line from the Cas A SNR by CGRO/COMPTEL shows that radioactive ^44Ti is produced in supernovae. In this work we study the conditions needed for ^44Ti production in alpha-rich freezeouts in core-collapse supernovae as a function of peak temperature and density. We survey the key nuclear reactions governing ^44Ti production by varying their cross sections. We identify and rank their importance. We find ^44Ti production is most sensitive to variations in the rates of the reactions ^44Ti(\alpha,p)^47V, \alpha(2\alpha,\gamma)^12C, and ^45V(p,\gamma)^46Cr. Because many of these rates are unknown experimentally, our results suggest the most important targets for future cross section measurements.
