This poster will present preliminary results from HST WFPC2 observations of NGC 4535 as part of The HST Key Project on the Extragalactic Distance Scale. NGC 4535 is a member of the Virgo cluster and a direct calibrator of the Tully-Fisher relation. Light curves and finding charts of newly discovered Cepheid variables in that galaxy will be presented, as well as a preliminary period-luminosity relation and a comparison of DoPHOT vs. ALLFRAME/DAOPHOT II photometry of bright stars in the field of view.
