[120.02] Supergranular Evolution, Solar Rotation, and a Search for Giant Cells, using Full-disk SOHO/SOI/MDI Dopplergrams

SOHO/SOI/MDI obtained full-disk dopplergrams of the Sun once per minute for 62 days from 1996 May 23 to 1996 July 23. From hourly averages of these dopplergrams we have studied the evolution of supergranules, measured solar rotation up to high latitudes, and searched for giant cells.
