We present the RXTE observations of the bright Seyfert 1 galaxy IC 4329a, detected by both PCA and HEXTE. The RXTE observation of this object reveals the underlying power-law spectrum, modified by low energy absorption, and Compton reflection, with a strong Fe K line. The sensitivity of the RXTE in the crucial 20-80 keV range, in conjunction with the simultaneous OSSE data, allows a measurement of the shape of the reflection component, which permits us to constrain the inclination angle of the reflecting material.

We also will present the preliminary results from our recent simultanoeus Asca/XTE/OSSE observation of this object.
