[27.04] Evaluation as a Tool for Improvement

The standard tools of evaluation will be applied to one long-running but not complete IDEAS program, the Women's Science Forum. We will present the methods of evaluation, and show how the Principal Investigator would change her program based on the input from the evaluation.
