We report results from a Hubble Space Telescope program in which we used NICMOS to study five T Tauri stars in the TW Hya Association (Kastner et al. 1997, Science, 277, 67; Webb et al. 1998, ApJ, in press): CD-33 7795, Hen(3) 600, TW Hya,CD-29 8887 and HD 106965. Our program was designed to characterize any detectable extra-solar giant planets and brown dwarfs by comparison of the observations with model predictions of the spectra and evolution of cool, gaseous objects. We did not detect any previously unknown companions; however, we did obtain new photometric data for all sources, including TWA 5B, the substellar companion to CD-33 7795. This object was discovered in NICMOS observations taken shortly before our program executed by Lowrance et al. (1998, ApJ, in press) and contemporaneously in IRTF speckle imaging by Webb et al.(1998). In this work, we use broad-band photometry reported by Lowrance et al. and Webb et al. to supplement our narrow-band NICMOS observations and thereby further constrain the age, temperature, and mass of TWA 5B.
