The past year has seen many remarkable developments in the study of kilohertz QPOs from low-mass X-ray binaries, including a possible signature of the innermost stable circular orbit in 4U 1820-30, calculation of observational signatures of frame-dragging effects, and evidence in two sources for thermonuclear X-ray burst brightness oscillations at both the fundamental and first overtone of the stellar spin frequency. I will review these developments and will discuss future theoretical and observational results needed to resolve current outstanding questions.
