[2.14] The X-Ray - Optical Variability of Akn 120

Simultaneous X-ray/optical monitoring of Akn 120 has been obtained, using RXTE and groundbased observations, that span timescales ranging from minutes to more than a year. The X-ray and optical light curves are compared, and the PDS for both the X-ray and optical variability will be presented. The results based on both the X-ray and the optical PDSs will be discussed.
