FiberGLAST is one of several instrument concepts under development for NASA's Gamma-ray Large Area Space Telescope (GLAST) mission. Operating in the energy range from 10 MeV to 300 GeV, the detector will achieve a sensitivity more than 10 times better than EGRET, with a field of view extending to ~80 degrees from the detector axis. We present results of simulations that illustrate the sensitivity of FiberGLAST for detection of gamma-ray bursts.
