[9.05] First Results from a Deep Chandra Observation of the Hubble Deep Field Area

We present the first, preliminary results from a 237~ks Chandra ACIS observation of the Hubble Deep Field area. The ultimate goals of this project are to resolve the X-ray background and study the origin and evolution of its sources.
