We have analyzed over 50 low redshift QSOs (0.06 \leq z \lesssim 0.4) to determine the properties of their host galaxies. We find a correlation between host and QSO magnitudes and a weaker correlation between host size and QSO magnitude. We also compare the luminosity function of QSO hosts with that of normal galaxies. This research has been funded by a grant from the Space Telescope Science Institute.
