[26.06] Phase-Resolved Spectroscopy of the Crab Pulsar using Chandra

G.E. Allen, H. Marshall, C. Canizares (MIT/CSR)

We present an analysis of Chandra data of the Crab pulsar obtained using the continuous-clocking read mode. We show the ACIS and HETGS spectra of the Crab pulsar, the results of a timing analysis of the data, and the ACIS and HETGS spectra associated with different phases of the pulsar. This work is supported in part by the NASA grant NAS8-38249 and by the Harvard-Smithsonian grant SAO SV1-61010.
