[48.04] Binary Gravitational Microlenses: Modelling and Orbital Motion Analysis

S. H. Rhie, D. P. Bennett (University of Notre Dame)

We analyse 8 binary microlensing events toward the Galactic bulge found in the publically available OGLE II data. This brings the tally of reported binary microlensing events to 30.

We also present a comprehensive orbital motion analysis of binary microlenses with the microlensing event MACHO-97-BLG-41 in mind which is believed to be a triple lens where a planet orbits a binary star.

This work was supported in part by the NSF and NASA.
