The two Reflective Grating Spectrometers (RGS) aboard XMM/Newton Observatory offer high resolution ({\lambda \over \Delta\lambda} ~300) spectroscopy in the feature--rich soft X--Ray band. The spectrometers work simultaneously with the other imaging spectrometers (EPICs) and optical monitor (OM). Since the December, 1999 Launch of XMM, an abundance of data has already been acquired that provide a means to verify, and characterize, the in--flight performance of the RGS Spectrometers. We will discuss the current state of the calibration along with a description of the data processing path. Naturally, several observations will be featured.
