The high dispersion spectroscopic observations of Comet C/1999S4 (LINEAR) were carried out by the high-dispersion echelle spectrograph (HIDES) mounted on 1.9-m telescope at Okayama Astrophysical Observatory . There are many emission lines of C2, [OI], and NH2 in the cometary spectra. The fine structure of NH2 emission bands of (0,9,0) and (0,10,0) are studied here. The (0,9,0) band is related to the rotational levels with odd-Ka in the ground state (0,0,0), and (0,10,0) band is related to the rotational levels with even-Ka in the ground state (0,0,0). We calculate the line intensities assuming the rotational excitation temperature of the electronic and vibrational ground state, and compare with the observation.
