[31.21] High-Resolution X-ray Spectroscopic Survey of Black Hole Candidates

We will present results from a high-resolution spectroscopic survey of persistent black hole candidates, using the High-Energy Transmission Grating (HETG) spectrometer aboard the {\em Chandra} X-ray Observatory.
