[13.08] The ASCA Cluster Project

The ASCA Cluster Project is a compilation of data for over 200 galaxy clusters and groups observed with the ASCA x-ray satellite. We homogeneously reduce and fit data from the GIS and SIS instruments on ASCA to obtain isothermal temperatures, luminosities, redshifts, and abundances for the clusters. Cluster total masses and gas masses can be determined when isothermal temperatures are combined with surface brightness profiles from the ROSAT PSPC. We present the baryonic mass fractions for the clusters in our catalog, and update scaling relations such as the mass--temperature relation.
