We have reanalyzed the spatial coincidences of selected EGRET unidentified (EUI) sources with several types of Galactic populations including pulsars, supernova remnants, OB associations, HMXBs, LMXBs, and cataclysmic binaries. We specifically searched for coincidences that included multiple counterpart sources which are located near each other. This may provide an indication that some of the EUI sources are associated with star forming regions. We also looked for clustering among the EUI objects. Based on the cluster size and a scale size of the star forming regions, individual distances to these EUI source clusters can be approximated.
