[41.07] WIYN Open Cluster Study: WIYN Deep BVI CCD Photometry of the Young Open Cluster M35

A. J. B. Steinhauer (Indiana University), T. von Hippel (Gemini Observatory), A. Sarajedini (Wesleyan University), C. P. Deliyannis (Indiana University)

We present deep broad band photometry of the very rich, young open cluster M35. Observations were made in the B, V, and I filters with the WIYN 3.5m telescope in a central 7'x7' field and a northern field. When combined with the 0.9m data of Sarrazine et al. (this meeting), more than 17 magnitudes of main sequence stars (and possibly brown dwarfs) can be seen. This work is supported by NSF Grant AST-9812735 (to CPD).
