We have reanalyzed the spatial coincidences of selected EGRET unidentified (EUI) sources with several types of Galactic populations including pulsars, supernova remnants, OB associations, HMXBs, LMXBs, and cataclysmic binaries. We searched for coincidences that included multiple counterparts This may provide an indication that some of the EUI sources are associated with star forming regions. We also looked for clustering among the EUI objects. Based on the cluster size and a scale size of the star forming regions, individual distances to these EUI source clusters can be approximated. The LogN-LogS plot of the unidentified sources in the Galactic plane was compared with different model source distributions.
