We present deep maps of dust emission in the disk of the edge-on galaxy NCC891, obtained with the Infrared Space Observatory in broad band passes centred on 170 and 205 microns. Using new processing methods to remove the effects of detector transients from the data, we detect cold dust at high dynamic range. The radial extent and color profile of this extended far-infrared disk emission are analysed using the spectral energy-distribution modelling technique of Popescu et al. 2000.
