[50.08] X-ray Properties and Environment of the Luminous x-ray Source in M82

Properties of the x-ray sources detected with Chandra in M82 are described, concentrating on the most luminous source. The x-ray images are compared with infrared and radio images to attempt to identify counterparts for the x-ray sources.
