[52.11] Multi-wavelength Observations of NGC 1365

A dusty supergiant barred spiral galaxy NGC 1365 ((R)'SB(s)b, Seyfert 1.5 nucleus, d ~ 18.6 Mpc) was observed in B, I, and K-band. The \em{I+K} surface photometry and mass modeling results, combined with kinematical data from literature, will be presented. From the preliminary results, \em{(B-I)} colors are more or less constant in the disk regions (r \ga 2\arcmin). The prominent dust lanes running along the front side of the bar, even in J-band, are almost completely diminished in K-band. This manifests the superiority of K-band photometry in calculating more accurate gravitational potentials of the galaxy. N-body modeling of the galaxy will be attempted using \em{I+K} photometry results in the near future.
