We present observational results toward two giant clumps centered on (l, b) = (34o.25, 0o.15) and (12o.8, -0o.2). These two clumps were identified in the inner Galaxy using Bell Laboratories 13CO(1-0) Galactic Plane Survey. We mapped 12' x 12' area of the regions in CS(2-1), CS(3-2), C18O(1-0), C17O(1-0), HCO+(1-0), and C34S(2-1) with 14m telescopes at Taeduk Radio Astronomy Observatory (TRAO) and Five College Radio Astronomy Observatory (FCRAO). Distances of the clumps are determined to be 3.5 kpc and 3.8 kpc, respectively, using a Galactic rotation curve. Sizes and the linewidths in CS of two giants clumps are estimated to be about 8 pc and 4-5 km s-1 and their masses are in order of 104 solar masses, which are among the largest ones ever known in the inner Galaxy except the Galactic Center Region.
