The International Focusing Optics Collaboration for \muCrab Sensitivity (InFOC\muS) is a balloon-borne hard x-ray telescope which will have unprecedented sensitivity in the 20-85 keV band. The telescope was flown for the first time in July, 2001 with the first of four power-law graded multilayer mirrors designed to have significant effective area in the 20-40 keV band. We measured the effective area, field of view, encircled energy function and half-power diameter of the mirror using a pencil-beam raster scan. The effective area of the mirror is 78 cm2, 42 cm2, and 22 cm2 at 20, 30, and 40 keV, respectively. The measured 10 arcminute field of view of the mirror matches pre-flight predictions. Pre-flight determinations of the encircled energy function and half-power diameter are compared to an image of Cygnus X-1 taken during our July campaign.
