[94.04] Supernovae in Clumpy Surroundings

R. Link, R. A. Chevalier (University of Virginia)

We present numerical calculations of the evolution of supernovae in a dense, clumpy medium representative of a molecular cloud environment. We compare our results to previous work along similar lines and examine whether this scenario might be relevant to explaining observations of ``mixed morphology'' supernova remnants.
