[97.01] Supernova Remnants and Metallicity Trends in NGC 628

Using several recombination lines of hydrogen, an extinction map of the nearby face-on spiral galaxy, NGC 628, was generated. Once the extinction is known, the array of bands used in the continuing study of supernova remnants and metallicity trends can be corrected and evaluated.
