[102.14] Capabilities of Phoenix at Gemini South

The NOAO high resolution infrared spectrograph Phoenix has been installed on the Gemini South telescope. Commissioning observations were obtained in December 2001. The sensitivity and capabilities of the spectrograph on this telescope will be discussed.
