A college level 1 laboratory exercise is presented in which students discover the periods and minimum masses of two extrasolar planets. Selected Doppler shift measurements for 51 Peg and 109 Psc are taken from Marcy et al. and Vogt et al. and graphically analyzed by the student. The author invites comments and "beta testing" of this lab, which is freely available courtesy of the Space Interferometry Mission (SIM) education and public outreach program.
