We present results from the first comprehensive study of the near-infrared (NIR) spectra of Type Ib and Type Ic supernovae. The most prominent NIR spectral feature in these objects is a very broad P-Cygni line with a minimum near 1.03 \mum. Prior to maximum light this is typically the only strong feature, although a few other broad, faint features can be seen in high S/N spectra. After maximum light, the NIR spectra of these objects become significantly richer, exhibiting a number of P-Cygni and pure emission features. At very late times (~3 months) molecular (CO) emission can be seen.
