We describe a new graphical user interface (gui) for the University of Wyoming's 2.3-m telescope. The gui was written using TCL and C interfaces to the previous telescope control software. The existing control software is richly featured but has only a command line interface. Our goal was to provide a more ``user-friendly'' environment for the various observers who operate the telescope through a more intuitive interface to the control of the telescope. We present examples of the various windows that have been developed and the overall ``look and feel'' of the system. This work was supported by an NSF REU site grant to the University of Wyoming (AST 0097356).
