We present VI observations of the Galactic globular cluster M15 obtained with the 2.4 meter Hiltner telescope at the MDM Observatory. These observations were made under good seeing conditions and cover an area of 25x25 arcminutes [larger than the cluster's tidal radii] using the MDM 8K mosaic camera.
These data were combined with archival Hubble Space Telescope observations to construct detailed luminosity functions of the cluster. The luminosity function extends from the tip of the red giant branch to 2 magnitudes below the turnoff point. A comparison between the observed luminosity function and theoretical models is presented.
