In this talk I present new results on magnetohydrodynamic models for planetary and proto-planetary nebulae in which the outflows are driven by a fast magnetic rotator. The rotator may be a star or an accretion disk or both acting in concert. For the case of a disk produced via binary interactions we show that magnetocentrifugally launched winds can power the high momentum outflows associated with Proto-PNe
