We will present the main spectral and timing features of X-ray radiation that can be seen in black hole systems only. We will demonstrate that the photon-electron interaction along with general relativistic effects lead to the formation of a characteristic spectrum. Photon bending of the upscattered photons near a black hole horizon results in a powerful pair outflow that can be responsible for the jet formation near black holes.
